The TS-1 is built around a single high efficiency 8” full range field coil driver (G.I.P. Laboratory 4189) based on classic Western Electric theater technology, the gold standard among audio enthusiasts. Behaving like a resonant wooden instrument, the TS-1’s lively open baffle cabinet contributes to the speaker’s tactile dynamics. Not only does the speaker act as a true point source, but because there is no cross-over network, the TS-1’s full range woofer is connected directly to your amplifier with nothing in between to degrade the signal. The result is a vivid musical experience.

Each system includes beautifully hand crafted cabinets, stands, and a dedicated G.I.P. 7V field coil power supply. The result is a compact speaker with a classic aesthetic, capable of creating a realistic listening experience in small to medium sized rooms.
